What to do once you receive the order?

Please take an unwrapping video once you receive the order.

What if I receive a damaged product?

All products go through a quality check before shipment. However if there are any damages during transit, please take an unwrapping video once you receive your parcel and email us at [email protected] within 24 hrs.
We will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.

Exchange or Returns only incase of damage items received.
